Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra translates as yogic sleep,or sleep with awareness.  Lying in shavasana, you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation, known as the Zero Stress Zone. It is intended to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness.

Julianne is a certified Yoga Nidra (Amrit Yoga Method) instructor. Her Yoga Nidra classes include Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help instruction as well. Julianne’s Yoga Nidra class is one hour long. Private sessions available.
