What is Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help?

Self-Help is learning from a practitioner how to use hands-on sequences to restore emotional balance, relieve pain and release the cause of both acute and chronic conditions. It can be used safely in conjunction with any other therapy or medications, and is a valuable complement to conventional healing methods. It can be used anywhere and at anytime. The cumulative effect of self-help application is what makes the difference in changing one’s health.

What will happen at a Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help class?

Julianne will talk about the Physio-Philosophy of Jin Shin Jyutsu and teach about the safety energy locks’ locations. As a whole group, we will apply our hands in a variety of acupressure sequences to learn how to best support our healing needs. The experience would be similar to a Restorative Yoga class in its impact. Handouts will be available. It will be one hour and fifteen minutes in duration.
